Green velvet with ribbon and illusion. 1960s 1970s hat. Nice "Velvety" ladies bowler style hat with wide grosgrain ribbon and bow finish. Wide netting. Minor wear to velvet style surface from storage. (on edge) Ribbon intact. Originally had a feather! Add a new one or wear as is. Net in great shape. Brim is a little twisted by feel but nothing distracting in wear. lined but no label found nicely made.
