1950s Plaid Silk Flare Dress XS all Hem: 38”Light as a feather monochrome plaid dress with cheeky notch cuff short sleeves and smart collar. The darted bodice has rhinestone encrusted bauble buttons and nipped in waist over a swingy flared skirt. Layers beautifully with a bralette and high waisted briefs.
