Ponson, Champagne Rose 1er Cru, NV so111621 big spirits offer bistro-style Cabs of the past—freshNot all ros Champagne wants to be flashy. Ponson plays it differentlyold vines, organic farming, and slow, thoughtful work in the cellar. Everythings fermented in neutral oak, aged on the lees, and left alone enough to speak clearly.
