A rich, powerful expression of Barolo, showing deep garnet hues and a complex bouquet of black cherry, blackberry, dried herbs, cedar, graphite, mocha, and dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine is broad and focused, with dense yet fine grained tannins, bright acidity, and a long, mineral tinged finish with gently balsamic and spicy echoes.
