The Ferrari 812 GTS marks a significant moment in the legacy of front-engine V12 models from Ferrari. For decades, Ferrari produced legendary V12 grand tourers that combined extreme performance with everyday usability. Models like the 365 GTS4 and 550 Barchetta helped define the concept of an open-top V12 Ferrari.

However, Ferrari paused production of front-engine V12 convertibles for many years. The introduction of the 812 GTS revived that tradition, bringing the raw power of the 812 Superfast into a stunning open-roof grand touring experience. As a result, the 812 GTS quickly became one of the most desirable modern Ferraris.

Performance & Engineering

At the heart of the Ferrari 812 GTS lies a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine that produces around 789 horsepower and 718 Nm of torque. This engine represents one of the most powerful naturally aspirated V12 engines ever installed in a production Ferrari.

The car accelerates from 0–100 km/h in about 3.0 seconds, while the top speed exceeds 340 km/h. Power is delivered through a lightning-fast 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, ensuring rapid gear changes and smooth acceleration.

Ferrari also equipped the 812 GTS with advanced systems such as rear-wheel steering and the latest Side Slip Control technology, enhancing agility and stability at high speeds.

Design & Aesthetics

The Ferrari 812 GTS features a bold and aerodynamic design that reflects its performance capabilities. The sculpted hood, aggressive air intakes, and muscular rear profile create a striking road presence.

One of its most distinctive features is the retractable hardtop, which opens in just 14 seconds even at low speeds. This design allows drivers to enjoy the sound and emotion of the V12 engine with the roof down.
