It has been approved by the German Commission E for topical use when applied to inflamed soft tissue, bruises and joint pain. The dried herb can be used to make an Arnica Infused Oil, and then the infused oil can be used to make a balm cream. Arnica flower is for EXTERNAL USE ONLY and should not be used on broken skin.
