The restraint enables an escorting Officer total control over a Subjects ability to walk without limiting a normal stride, yet it can be quickly retracted by pulling the red handle to safely control movement. The unit features our proprietary UniLock device, which use a single handcuff key. The unit is designed for single leg use, but can be adjusted to fit both ankles.
